Crew Lead: Landscape Maintenance start $20-$23/hr DOE.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance experience.
Proven leadership or crew lead experience.
Strong knowledge of mowing, trimming, pruning, and seasonal maintenance.
Ability to manage crew productivity and job quality.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a maintenance crew on daily routes.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Communicate with management as needed.
Train and support crew members.
Operate and maintain landscape equipment.
