Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance experience.
- Proven leadership or crew lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of mowing, trimming, pruning, and seasonal maintenance.
- Ability to manage crew productivity and job quality.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a maintenance crew on daily routes.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Communicate with management as needed.
- Train and support crew members.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment.
